About Us

Established in 2000, the Irish Contract Cleaning Association (ICCA) is the representative body for the professional commercial contract cleaning industry in Ireland. Membership of the ICCA is open to companies involved in the provision of commercial cleaning services in Ireland.

Key Objectives

REPRESENTATION & REPUTATION

The ICCA is a cohesive voice for the industry and continuously seeks the status and public recognition for the vital role it plays in Ireland. This is at a local, government and industry level and informs policy and legislation affecting the industry.

QUALITY & STANDARDS

The ICCA’s members commit to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct, service delivery, and ethical business practices to promote integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement within the contract cleaning industry in Ireland.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

The ICCA will assist the industry by promoting professional training and recruitment to raise industry standards and to support career progression.

NETWORKING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING

The ICCA creates a forum for the free exchange of information and experience, and networking opportunities among members through discussion, study, publications and social activities.

Board & Executive

The Association is governed under the arrangements as set out in its Memorandum and Articles of Association.  The Board, comprising the voluntary Directors of the Association, is responsible for its strategic direction and objectives and is supported by the Executive Team, a group of volunteer representatives from our member companies.

Day to day management is undertaken by Jillian Wilson of Wrecktangle as our Managed Services provider.
